Pop-Up Restaurants: Ludo Bites

 

First there was pop-up retail, a feat in itself.  Now, pop-up restaurants and IMHO quite a feat indeed.  I love how they describe the fact that "you can't find it in directory assistance, and you can't have dinner there tomorrow night".  And although Ludo Bites has no permanent address, "wonders flow from his borrowed stoves".

This might be something that those of you in LaLa land should seek out!
